entheogenica is an exploration and mapping of the interior worlds of the artist, using images recorded or captured from the external world in conjunction with the symmetry of fractals to explore the communication processes between geometries and mind. fractals are excellent metaphors for mapping interior symmetry as they are used for a more precise mapping of the external world. how does one measure anything or, more importantly, what is measurement? measurement is created by inventing or discovering a series of rules or algorithms which allow for comparisons to be made or limits to be set. the more elastic these algorithms are the more detailed and complex the measurements are. science and art have been searching for a unifying theory which by definition will encompass all things measurable. although finding a completed template for understanding may be a utopian pipe dream, exploring as many worlds and contexts as possible seems a comprehensive system for always finding the new.
